SCS telemetry

Trucker Bz reads game telemetry through trucksim-telemetry, which depends on the SCS shared-memory telemetry plugin.

1. Download the SCS SDK plugin from RenCloud/scs-sdk-plugin.
2. Place its DLL in the game's bin/win_x64/plugins/ folder.
3. Create the plugins folder if it does not exist.
4. Start the game and accept the SDK activation prompt if it appears.

The SCS telemetry plugin is an external dependency with its own license and support channel.
