Configuration and shortcuts

The dynamic property inspector exposes the options for each action. A hotkey can use the game's default when left empty.

`Cruise Control`	`Cruise Mode`: Status, Increase Speed or Decrease Speed. `Hotkey`: default `C`.
`Suspension`	`Hotkey`: configurable. `Suspension Mode`: front/rear up/down or reset.
